Lead IT Support

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lead – IT Support to manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, covering both hardware and software operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of systems, provide hands-on technical support across departments, and implement best IT practices. Candidates must be available to join immediately and be open to travel to other office locations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage company-wide IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware issues – desktops, laptops, printers, routers, etc.
- Oversee software installations, updates, and license management.
- Implement and maintain data security protocols and backup strategies.
- Provide timely technical support and training to internal teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment procurement and servicing.
- Ensure smooth functioning of email, cloud storage, and communication tools.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and accurate documentation.
- Support IT setup for new employees and onboarding processes.
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of critical issues.
- Travel to other offices or event locations as and when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in multi-location or startup environments will be an advantage.
