We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lead – IT Support to manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, covering both hardware and software operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of systems, provide hands-on technical support across departments, and implement best IT practices. Candidates must be available to join immediately and be open to travel to other office locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage company-wide IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot hardware issues – desktops, laptops, printers, routers, etc.
  • Oversee software installations, updates, and license management.
  • Implement and maintain data security protocols and backup strategies.
  • Provide timely technical support and training to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment procurement and servicing.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of email, cloud storage, and communication tools.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and accurate documentation.
  • Support IT setup for new employees and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of critical issues.
  • Travel to other offices or event locations as and when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in multi-location or startup environments will be an advantage.
