Job Title: OPRA Trainer for Doctors and Nurses

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate OPRA (Overseas Pharmacist Readiness Assessment) Trainer for doctors and nurses to join our dynamic team. As an OPRA Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing internationally qualified pharmacists for the OPRA exam for doctors and nurses, ensuring they possess the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed and meet Australian pharmacy practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*Deliver structured training programs aligned with the OPRA exam content and format.

*Provide academic support and mentorship to candidates throughout their preparation journey.

*Develop and update course materials, mock assessments, and study resources.

*Conduct interactive sessions to enhance clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

*Monitor candidate progress, provide feedback, and address learning needs individually.

*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulations, and the OPRA assessment process.

*Collaborate with internal teams to improve course delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.

*Support students with professional guidance, exam strategies, and communication development.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.

*Current registration as a pharmacist in Australia (AHPRA) or eligibility to register.

*Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting.

*Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

*Familiarity with the OPRA exam structure, content, and standards.

*Experience mentoring internationally qualified doctors and nurses is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
