Job Description:

. Shall be responsible for quickly working over the procurement

sheets received from the supervisors.
2. Processing and analyzing the prices, availability and suppliers for

electrical/electronic items to be purchased.
3. Initiate the purchase after appropriate discussion and approval

received from the supervisors.
4. Research potential vendors
5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery and report it to the production team.
6. Responsible for preparing a summarize report of the purchases made for each job.
7. Preparation of reports as per the request made by the supervisors.
8. Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor in near future.
