Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the pet shop, boarding center, or training facility, ensuring the health and safety of pets and employees, and supporting the smooth operation of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental Cleaning

Sweep and mop floors, walls, cages, pet play areas, and common areas.

Remove pet excrement, hair, and other waste.

Disinfect and clean utensils, water fountains, toys, etc.

Sanitary Maintenance

Regularly clean trash cans and waste disposal areas, maintaining ventilation and dryness.

Check disinfectant and cleaning supply inventory and restock promptly.

Pet Safety Assistance

Ensure pets are safe during the cleaning process to prevent injury or escape.

Assist pet groomers or pet feeders with emergency cleanup tasks.

Safety and Standards

Adhere to cleaning procedures and company safety regulations.

Wear necessary protective equipment when using cleaning supplies and disinfectants.

Job Requirements

Education: Any education required; junior high school or higher preferred.

Experience: No experience is acceptable; training is provided.

Skills and Qualities:

Hardworking, meticulous, responsible, and caring.

Able to adapt to physical labor and prolonged standing.

Adhere to safety procedures and demonstrate teamwork.

Work Environment

Work primarily in pet stores, boarding centers, or training facilities, potentially exposing you to pet hair, pet waste, and cleaning products.

Requires adaptability to morning and evening shifts or rotating shifts, and may occasionally be required to handle emergency cleanup tasks.
