Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.
  • Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.
  • Provide administrative support, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth communication with onboarded professionals.
  • Maintain the database, streamlining processes and cleaning up data using strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • End-to-end ownership in execution and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
  • Must have a laptop.
  • Past experience in start-ups will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree.
  • Immediate joiner.
