We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions regarding their academic journey. The counselor will be responsible for understanding student needs, providing career and course guidance, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for student development and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students (via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, or emails) regarding course options, career paths, and academic progress.
  • Provide detailed information about programs, admission procedures, and eligibility.
  • Assist students in choosing the right course based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all academic programs offered by the institution.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into admissions.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a seamless student experience.
  • Maintain accurate student records and reports.
  • Organize seminars, orientation sessions, and open houses to promote academic programs.
  • Handle queries from students and parents professionally and empathetically.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new academic programs relevant to student needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
