SAP FI professional - Vendor Invoice Management (EMBECTA MEDICAL II LLC)

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP FI - Vendor Invoice Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing vendor invoices and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to vendor invoicing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Analyze and report on invoice data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of invoice management processes.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI - Vendor Invoice Management.
  • Experience working with EMBECTA MEDICAL II LLC is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field is required, such as BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
  • Notice period: Immediate.
