Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Advanced Excel, Bank Reconciliation, and Balance Sheet preparation. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally ERP.
  • Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Work with spreadsheets, including Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and reporting.
  • Coordinate with banks and vendors as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
  • Good understanding of financial statements, GST, TDS, and other accounting concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with financial audits.
  • Basic knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
