Shift: Closing shift (up to 1:00 AM)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekends & Festivals mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and customer-focused Café/Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Rohini outlet. The ideal candidate will combine hospitality, retail, and operational expertise to deliver a premium customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including customer service, inventory, cleanliness, and staff coordination.

• Lead the team during closing shifts, ensuring smooth operations until 1:00 AM.

• Monitor and improve sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and effective team guidance.

• Evaluate customer feedback and analyze sales trends to suggest improvements in menu, pricing, or offers.

• Maintain high product quality and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure compliance with F&B hygiene standards and basic safety protocols.

• Handle customer issues patiently and creatively, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the central kitchen and senior management for stock forecasting and operational planning.

• Confident in brewing coffee and explaining products to customers.

• Proactive in understanding customer demand and suggesting menu changes or new ideas.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing both front-of-house and back-end responsibilities.

• Comfortable with weekend shifts and festive season rush.

• Must have a minimum of 2–3 years experience in a similar role (preferably café, bakery, or QSR).

• Solid understanding of basic F&B operations and inventory.
