Profile: Sales Executive

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and references.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Sales & Revenue Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Promote company products/services to customers and close sales deals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for order fulfillment.
  • Update CRM or reporting sheets regularly with client interaction details.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Gather competitor information, market trends, and pricing updates.
  • Provide feedback to the management to improve products or sales strategies.

6. Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally during field visits, exhibitions, or client meetings.
  • Follow company dress code, conduct standards, and communication protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
