Electronics Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in PCB design and development for medical technology (MedTech) devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end PCB and circuit design, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and supporting the transition from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop multilayer PCBs for MedTech devices using Altium Designer, Eagle, or similar tools.
• Optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, thermal performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the mechanical design team to ensure compatibility with product form factors.
• Design and test analog and digital circuits for medical devices.
• Conduct simulations to validate designs prior to fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IEC for medical devices).
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) checks.
• Carry out board-level testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams during prototyping and production phases.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Record and track design iterations, test outcomes, and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB design and development.
• Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards for medical devices (IEC preferred).
• Experience in debugging with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in high-speed or RF PCB design.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC design considerations.
• Prior experience in MedTech product development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
