Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Jalna. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer service excellence, and drive branch performance. Key responsibilities include implementing company policies, managing financial products, achieving business targets, and fostering client relationships. The Branch Manager will also be involved in community outreach and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Experience in financial services, microfinance, or banking sector
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
• Ability to achieve business targets and ensure branch profitability
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
