About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative WordPress Developer (Fresher) to join our web development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for web design and development to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects. You will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins under guidance.
- Assist in converting PSD/Figma designs into responsive WordPress layouts.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO-friendliness.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and fix website bugs or issues.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and security practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
