  • Customer Queries: Handle customer queries, ensuring satisfactory resolutions while maintaining industry-standard metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and minimizing repeat calls (RCR).

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream is preferred (UG graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work during odd hours, adapting to a 24x7 operational setup.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to multitask.
