About the Role.

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently handle client calls are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.

* Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.

* Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

* Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Participate in client calls to discuss requirements, provide updates, and clarify testing-related concerns.

* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases with minimal defects.

* Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:

* 0–3 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

* Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and bug life cycle.

* Experience with bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

* Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman preferred).

* Excellent communication and client handling skills.

* Proven track record of contributing to on-time project delivery.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
