Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations across projects, campaigns, and live events. Responsibilities include event coordination, artist communication, social media management, content creation, research, and administrative support. The internship offers hands-on experience in the creative industry and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to artist projects and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination across ongoing projects and campaigns
  • Support live event logistics and on-ground execution
  • Contribute to presentation decks for branding and marketing pitches
  • Help design and implement marketing plans for artist releases and shows
  • Assist with content strategy, copywriting, and social media research
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for audience engagement and event activations
  • Manage artist documentation, communication, and project hygiene
  • Maintain calendars and ensure adherence to timelines

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Basic understanding of event planning and coordination
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Passion for the arts and creative industries
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
