Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Hisar. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and providing data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making. Additional responsibilities include documenting business processes, engaging with stakeholders to elicit needs and analyze priorities, and generating clear and concise reports.

• Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and expertise in identifying business opportunities and challenges.
• Effective Communication skills to manage stakeholder interactions and ensure clear and precise business documentation.
• Experience with Business Process optimization and development to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements to align with organizational goals.
• Proficient in organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, project management methodologies, and budgeting experience is a plus.
