As an AI Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building AI-powered products and platforms that drive investment intelligence.

This position demands technical excellence, hands-on problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to process structured and unstructured data from MLS, tax, zoning, and off-market sources.
  • Build intelligent scrapers, APIs, and ETL pipelines to aggregate data from property listings, economic indicators, migration trends, and legal documentation.
  • Develop automated property underwriting systems for metrics such as NOI, Cap Rate, IRR, and Cash-on-Cash returns.
  • Create deal scoring engines to evaluate profitability, risk, timelines, and zoning opportunities.
  • Generate investor-ready reports and daily ranked deal lists based on predictive analytics.
  • Design dashboards and reporting tools for internal strategy and future investor platforms.
  • Implement real-time feedback loops to refine models and improve prediction accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align technology development with business Skills & Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in building production-grade AI/ML applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Uvicorn, PostgreSQL, and real-time data processing.
  • Experience with ETL pipelines, API development, and handling large-scale datasets.
  • Familiarity with geospatial data, economic modeling, and property technology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a builders mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude; willing to take ownership and operate like a founder
