Job Title: Telesales Executive / Telesales RepresentativeJob Summary
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, promoting company products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases
- Receive and handle inbound calls related to product/service inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident phone etiquette
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Fluency in English and/or regional languages
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage
