Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Core Developer with 4 to 8 years of proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and CQRS, with additional working knowledge of Power BI, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade services using .NET Core and microservices architecture.
  • Implement event-driven systems with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high performance and availability.
  • Implement CQRS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and design patterns for maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • (Optional) Utilize Dapper or EF Core for efficient data access where appropriate.
  • Data Flow & Integration:
  • Ensure smooth data flow from backend to frontend, enabling seamless delivery of processed data to UI and reporting layers.
  • Integrate backend services with business intelligence dashboards (Power BI) and application frontends.
  • DevOps & Delivery:
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure automation using DevOps tools and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure containerized deployments with Docker and efficient orchestration.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Partner with frontend engineers, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, bridging technical solutions with business needs.
