Solar Light

Job Role:

Work on the design, assembly, and testing of solar lights and lithium battery packs. Ensure solar panels, batteries, LED lights, and controllers are connected correctly and perform reliably.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and improve basic electrical circuits for solar lighting products.

• Build and test lithium battery packs with correct capacity and safety.

• Check solar charging, battery backup hours, and light performance.

• Troubleshoot faults in batteries, panels, drivers, and wiring.

• Maintain proper testing records and follow quality standards.

• Work with production and quality teams to improve products.

• Train and guide junior team members when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics.

• 3-6 years of experience in solar lights and lithium battery work.

• Good knowledge of LED drivers, charge controllers, and BMS.

• Hands-on experience with multimeter, load tester, wiring, and soldering.

• Strong problem-solving ability in field and factory situations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in battery pack manufacturing setup.

• Understanding of product safety and reliability testing.
