Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Field Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our product into the clinic sector. Your primary goal will be to visit clinics, engage with healthcare professionals, and demonstrate how our technology can scale their diagnostic capabilities.

This is a 100% field-based role that requires high energy, persistence, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Prospecting: Identify and visit new clinics and small-to-mid-sized diagnostic centers within the assigned territory.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct live demonstrations of our analyzers, explaining the technical features, accuracy, and ROI benefits to doctors and clinic owners.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle—from cold calling and initial meetings to negotiation and closing the deal.
  • Market Expansion: Focus on the Clinic Segment to increase our installation base and brand presence in the local market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare practitioners to ensure customer satisfaction and referral leads.
  • Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits, feedback, and sales pipelines using our internal reporting systems.

What We're Looking For

  • 6-12 months of experience in field sales. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to speak confidently with doctors and medical professionals (fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred).
  • Resilience: A go-getter attitude with the ability to handle rejections and stay focused on monthly targets.
  • Professional Conduct: As you are representing a medical brand, a neat appearance and professional etiquette are essential.
  • Ownership: A self-starter who can manage their own daily route and schedule without constant supervision.

Requirements

  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.
  • Based in or very familiar with the Pune geography.
  • Ability to explain technical product features in a simple, persuasive manner.
