Master Driver Trainer

• Selection of Drivers through Field Vehicle Driving assessment
• Training and Development of New and Existing Drivers, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge on vehicle management.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance related to the Drivers.
• Provide class room training and hands on instruction to new drivers on the essential skills such as vehicle operation, driving techniques and proper load handling.
• Monitor Drivers performance through long ride-along and practical evaluations and providing constructive feedback to improve Good driving habits and adherence to the Safety standards.
• Deliver engaging and informative sessions on Industry updates and mentoring the Drivers population.
• Maintain accurate record on the Training activities, including attendance, assessments and certifications.
• Foster effective working relationships with internal departments, drivers and external stakeholders to promote a proactive approach to Safety.
• Communicate safety related information updates and initiatives to the Drivers and other Employees.
