Position Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality assurance functions of our electrical products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fundamentals, a passion for continuous improvement, and a long-term vision to grow within the company. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of electrical products and components manufactured under the Zenome Electric brand.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Support production teams in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth assembly line operations.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, UAE regulatory requirements, and international safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and operations to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, optimizing workflows, and enhancing product performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, test results, and equipment performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a manufacturing or electrical industry environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in basic engineering tools and software.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
