Were looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business

needs and technology solutions. This role will be responsible for gathering

requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of

Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities


• Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine

requirements.

  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and

acceptance criteria.


• Solution Design & Documentation

  • Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and admins to

design scalable solutions.

  • Assist in defining data models, security models, and integration points.
  • Create functional specifications and user acceptance test cases.


• Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals and Salesforce

best practices.

  • Support change management and training activities.


• Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate and perform UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Validate that solutions meet functional and non-functional

requirements.


• Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using Salesforce

capabilities.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and AppExchange

products.

Required Skills & Experience


• Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused

on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud,CPQ or other

modules).


• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (objects, workflows, validation

rules, flows, Lightning, reports & dashboards).


• Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional

specs.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
