Roles and Responsibilities

  • we had a call for TAA requirement An injection moulding supervisor manages the injection moulding department and ensures that production is efficient and high quality:
  • Production
  • Oversees daily production operations, develops and implements production schedules, and works with the planning department to meet customer demands
  • Quality
  • Ensures that quality standards are met and that production output is high quality
  • Safety
  • Ensures that safety protocols and procedures are implemented and upheld, and that all personnel are trained in safe working practices
  • Maintenance
  • Maintains and troubleshoots injection moulding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production, and coordinates maintenance activities
  • Inventory
  • Manages inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure optimal use of resources
  • Training
  • Trains and mentors new employees, and ensures that all personnel are trained
  • Reporting
  • Maintains accurate production records and reports, and completes daily reports for production and production data reporting purposes
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow
  • Continuous improvement
  • Continuously monitors and improves production efficiency and minimizes downtime
