Location: Pune

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days (plus up to 3 working Saturdays per month)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Manager / Cluster Account Manager to handle 4–5 brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, editing, copywriting, and client communication, with the ability to independently manage social media from strategy to execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end social media presence for multiple brands.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content.
  • Write compelling copies for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and creatives using Canva (support will be provided for advanced design needs).
  • Stay updated with trends and apply them to brand content strategies.
  • Handle client communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate occasional on-site content shoots; travel within the city as required (covered under allowance).
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design/editing support team when needed, while being self-sufficient in day-to-day execution.

Requirements / Prerequisites

  • Strong hands-on skills in:
  • Content shooting (basic camera skills, preferably mobile)
  • Editing (Reels, short-form video, basic tools)
  • Copywriting (social-first content)
  • Canva (basic design)
  • Ability to multitask across multiple brands and accounts.
  • Excellent client communication and time management skills.
  • Must own:
  • iPhone 15 or above (for content creation)
  • Laptop (for editing and execution)
  • Willingness to travel within the city for shoots.
