Description :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Content Management (OCM) and related ECM platforms (UCM, URM, UDM, WCM).

- Manage content lifecycle processes, including creation, publishing, versioning, archival, and retirement.

- Handle user and access management, ensuring proper roles, permissions, and security policies across environments.

- Implement and maintain metadata models, taxonomies, and content types for structured content management.

- Support and optimize content publishing workflows, templates, and delivery mechanisms.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate OCM with applications using headless CMS APIs and frameworks.

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring high availability and system reliability.

- Manage content migrations, upgrades, and platform patches in coordination with IT and infrastructure teams.

- Maintain documentation of configurations, system changes, and operational procedures.

- Provide user training and support for content authors, editors, and administrators.

- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, data retention, and security standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) administration and support.

- Hands-on experience with at least one (preferably multiple) of the following Oracle ECM platforms:

- Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM)

- Oracle Universal Document Management (UDM)

- Oracle Web Content Management (WCM)

- Oracle Universal Records Management (URM)

- Strong understanding of OCM architecture, deployment models, and integration capabilities.

- Experience managing content workflows, metadata structures, and digital asset management.

- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Database, and related middleware technologies.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP services, and headless CMS integrations.

- Experience with user access control, security policies, and compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Nice to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or cloud-hosted OCM environments.

- Familiarity with content delivery frameworks, frontend integrations, or microservices architectures.

- Scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, Shell, or PowerShell) for administrative tasks.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for content deployments
