Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Immigration Counsellor. The role involves guiding clients through the immigration process, providing detailed information about various visa categories, and assisting clients with accurate documentation. You will communicate with clients to address their concerns, conduct assessments, and recommend appropriate visa options based on their profile and objectives. Regularly following up with potential and existing clients and maintaining updated records will also be part of your routine responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Client Consultation, Relationship Management, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of Visa Categories, Immigration Processes, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Organizational, Time Management, and Multitasking skills to handle high volumes of client applications efficiently.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a specialization in Business, Law, or related fields is a plus.
