About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Zoho Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver in leveraging the Zoho One platform to automate, streamline, and optimize our business operations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions that enhance productivity, improve data integrity, and provide insightful analytics across departments.

The ideal candidate is a Zoho expert with strong Deluge scripting skills and a deep understanding of the interconnected Zoho ecosystem. You will work closely with various teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Analyze business processes and design, develop, and deploy custom applications, modules, and workflows within the Zoho One suite (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, etc.).
• Process Automation: Automate complex business processes using Zoho Flow, Deluge scripts, and custom functions to reduce manual effort and eliminate errors.
• Integration & Customization: Build seamless integration between various Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware to create a unified operational platform.
• Deluge Scripting: Write, test, and maintain efficient, well-documented Deluge scripts for complex calculations, data manipulation, custom functions, and user interface enhancements.
• System Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for all Zoho applications. Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• User Training & Documentation: Create clear technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security across the Zoho platform. Develop reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing applications on the Zoho One platform.
• Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Proven experience in customizing and integrating multiple Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, Analytics).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience in integrating Zoho with external services.
• Experience in building custom functions, user authentication flows, and complex workflows in Zoho Creator.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Good-to-Have:

• Zoho Developer Certification(s).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
