Job Summary

We are looking to hire a bright and sincere QC Analyst for our design and communications process. The candidate should be passionate about ensuring accuracy and excellence across deliverables. The ideal candidate would be self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to upholding quality standards and processes.

'Litmus Ink' is a Communication studio specializing in visual communication strategies and technology development. Our client list is diverse including large corporates like Makemytrip, PWC, Harvard, NIIT, Government of India, Oxford Policy Management, Jamboree to startups like Kamal Kisan, Boxpfa, ZooFresh and others in interesting domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Review content, reports, presentations, campaigns, social media posts and creatives to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with guidelines.
  • Check content for grammar, tone, formatting, design consistency, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and strategists to identify gaps and resolve quality issues.
  • Audit campaigns before publishing and monitor live posts for accuracy.
  • Prepare quality reports, track recurring issues, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences.
  • 0–2 years of experience in quality control, copy editing,, research or data/content validation.
  • Familiarity with working on content, research, or design-related outputs (whether in academics, internships, or industry) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail such as spotting errors in copy, design, or brand voice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, MS Office / Google Suite.
