Job Title: BMS Supervisor

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preference for Kochi-based candidates)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BMS Supervisor to oversee and manage the Building Management System (BMS) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Electronics Engineering and a solid background as a BMS Operator. The role involves supervising BMS activities, ensuring efficient building automation system operations, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Building Management System (BMS).
• Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems, energy management systems, and other automated building services.
• Analyze system data, perform diagnostics, and resolve technical issues related to the BMS.
• Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of building systems.
• Coordinate with the technical team and external vendors for system maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate logs of system performance and incidents.
• Conduct regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety and operational standards.
• Provide training and guidance to BMS Operators and technical team members.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a BMS Operator or Supervisor.
• Educational background in Electronics Engineering (Diploma/Degree).
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS software platforms, controllers, and hardware systems.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of energy management, HVAC control systems, fire safety systems, and automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX) is an advantage.

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000

Preferred Location:

Candidates based in Kochi, Kerala are preferred.
