E-Commerce Manager(Sales

Role Objective:
To develop, manage, and grow the online sales and marketing channels for the Sports Division Products through leading e-commerce platforms and the companys digital channels. The role focuses on driving online revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, managing marketplace operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on online platforms.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competition to optimize product performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Drive online product availability and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and paid ads) to increase traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for product photoshoots, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Enhance brand presence and storytelling on digital channels aligned with the brand identity of AAML Sports Division.
- Manage customer engagement initiatives, including product reviews, ratings, and loyalty programs.
Marketplace & Channel Management
- Manage relationships with e-commerce marketplaces and aggregator partners.
- Negotiate platform commissions, advertising packages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track and resolve operational issues related to listings, payments, and returns.
- Evaluate potential of new online channels or D2C opportunities for business expansion.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs sales performance, ROI, conversion rate, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improving customer acquisition and retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, dispatch, and customer support teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Align with finance on invoicing, pricing, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with marketing for integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, online marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience in handling marketplace portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
- Understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
