Role: Internship - Artist Management & Business Dreveloper Executive (Media & Entertainments Industry)

We're looking for a young and dynamic candidate who is a learner, focused and a hustler. Who wants to enter the business of the media and entertainment industry. If you're someone who loves networking, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced creative environment — this is for you.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Pitch and sell our artists (DJs, singers, influencers) to clubs, event promoters, brands, and agencies
  • Build and maintain a live database of leads for events, college fests, weddings, venues, nightlife promoters, and more
  • Craft sharp outreach emails, DMs, and follow-ups that convert
  • Support in preparing pricing decks, sales collateral, and booking proposals
  • Set up calls with clients and assist the team in closing deals
  • Maintain CRM/sales sheets to track artist bookings and leads
  • Coordinate with artists on calendar availability and logistics

You Should Be

  • Naturally great at sales, persuasion, and relationship-building
  • Hungry to learn and grow in the music & entertainment space
  • A self-starter with solid follow-up discipline
  • Great at communication (spoken + written)
  • Bonus: Previous sales, business development, or marketing experience
