Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Legal Intern. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal consulting, and addressing various legal issues. The intern will also communicate with different stakeholders and support the legal team in day-to-day tasks.

"This is an
unpaid
learning-oriented internship. However, based on performance and project contributions, stipends/honorarium may be provided. Certificates will be awarded to all."

Eligibility

  • Open to undergraduate/postgraduate students and recent graduates in relevant fields (Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Law, Management, etc.).
  • Strong interest in 
    research, innovation, and social impact

  • Commitment to professional ethics and organizational confidentiality.

3. 
Duration

  • Internship duration: 
    1–3 months
     (extendable based on performance).
  • Flexible work mode: 
    Hybrid / Remote / On-site
     (as per project needs).

4. 
Nature of Internship

  • This internship is primarily 
    unpaid and learning-oriented
    .
  • Selected candidates will receive:

  • Performance-based Stipend/Honorarium
     may be offered for specific projects or outstanding contributions.

5. 
Roles & Responsibilities

Interns may be placed in one of the following domains:

  1. Research & Biotechnology
     – Literature review, lab/project support, data collection.
  2. Legal & Documentation
     – Drafting MOA, compliance documentation, contracts, registration support.
  3. Business & Operations
     – Startup ecosystem research, grant writing, proposal drafting.
  4. Science Communication
     – Content writing, social media posts, outreach.

6. 
Registration / Security Fee

  • A 
    nominal registration/security fee
     will be collected 
    only after selection
     to confirm the internship slot.
  • This ensures genuine applications and commitment.
  • The fee is 
    refundable on successful completion
     of the internship.
  • In case of resignation, termination, or failure to complete the committed duration and assigned work, the registration/security fee shall not be refunded, as per the terms stated above.

Code of Conduct

  • Interns must adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Respect deadlines and reporting formats.
  • Any misconduct may lead to termination without certification.

Completion & Certification

  • Interns who successfully complete the program will receive:
