We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3D designing skills who can design, visualize, and present architectural concepts effectively. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D/3D drawings, realistic renderings, and assisting in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 2D architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans.
  • Create 3D models, views, and realistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
  • Work closely with the project team to convert client requirements into practical designs.
  • Ensure accuracy in measurements, space planning, and detailing.
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Keep updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, or similar 3D software.

  • Ability to produce high-quality 3D renders & walkthroughs.
  • Good understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Creativity with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
