The Role

Are you an experienced Software Architect looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of software development? Look no further than Kyndryl, where you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as you lead the design and development of cutting-edge software applications.    

As a Software Engineering Architect at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for leading the charge in creating technical blueprints, defining product/solution architecture, and developing the technical specifications for our projects. You'll be a key player in integrating the features of our software applications into a cohesive and functioning system.

Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven Hands-on experience in Power Platform Migrations.

• Architect end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform in alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.

• Lead the design and development of custom applications, workflows, dashboards, and chatbots using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems (via connectors and custom APIs).

• Define technical standards, reusable components, and design patterns for scalable app development and automation.

• Lead a team pf Power Platform SMEs

• Support the creation of data models and common data services (Data verse) architecture to ensure data consistency and quality.

• Stay abreast of Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend enhancements or adoption strategies accordingly.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically working with the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Deep hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows), Power BI, and Data verse.

• Proficiency in solution architecture design and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform.

• Strong understanding of security roles, data policies, DLP, and governance models within the Power Platform.

• Knowledge of integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and custom connectors.

• Strong experience in building enterprise-grade business applications or automation workflows.

• Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph API.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
