Manager - IT

Location- Goa

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
IT Manager
to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, firewall configuration, cybersecurity best practices, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and Active Directory (AD) environments.
  • Configure and manage firewall settings to maintain robust network security.
  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including endpoint server security and other best practices.
  • Maintain and manage user access and role-based permission settings across various platforms.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, and oversee their lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Support and educate staff on best practices related to cybersecurity and access management.
  • Assist in planning and implementing future IT projects and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge and implementation experience in Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in firewall configuration and management.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience with endpoint server security.
  • Knowledge of user provisioning and IT access management.
  • Experience with IT asset management, including inventory and lifecycle tracking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
