  • Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or any degree (Any Qualification Accepted)
  • Proven minimum 5 years of experience in motor or industrial winding.
  • Support maintenance and production teams in motor testing and repair.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of winding machines and materials.
