Job Title: Manager – Bank Sales
Location: Ludhiana | Remote Work
About the Role:
We are seeking smart, young, and dynamic sales professionals with excellent English communication skills to drive B2B/enterprise sales in the banking sector. The role requires a proactive approach to building strong client relationships and achieving sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet decision-makers and conduct sales discussions to drive closures.
- Manage 80% on-field sales and 20% online sales activities.
- Travel within the assigned market (Travel allowance will be provided).
- Generate leads independently and convert them into successful business deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA preferred with 3–6 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in banking/financial services sales will be an added advantage.
