MediBuddy is looking for an experienced IT and Network Support Specialist with 4 years of expertise, who be part of a team focused on resolving hardware, software, and network issues while optimizing our network's performance and uptime.

Criteria/ Roles & Responsibilities:

● 4 Years of experience in IT Support and Network Support
● Excellent knowledge of End user support and LAN and WAN management.
● Should have hands-on experience in resolving software and Hardware issues.
● Should have hands-on experience on Network issues.
● Experience in troubleshooting networking issues (Switches/Firewalls/AP)
● Should have knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP and SSO environments.
● Knowledge of OSI Layer, IPv4, IPv6, Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, LAN (Switching) , WAN (GRE) , TCP/ IP Suite & UDP, SSL, Security.
● Knowledge of network routing & routed protocols like TCP/IP,
● Basic Knowledge in IDS/IPS, VPN, IPSEC, Load Balancer, Routing, Switching, GLBP, HSRP,BGP,CDP, STP, VTP,NAT, PAT, ISL, VLAN, WiFi, PBR, IP Phones.
● Must have knowledge of wireless controller & Wi-Fi LAN setup
● Ensure maximum uptime for Network - LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN
● Monitoring and optimizing network load, latencies and challenges
● Good communication (English and Hindi)
