Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Computer Operator. The Computer Operator will be responsible for performing routine computer operations, including managing data processing tasks, monitoring and maintaining system performance, and running scheduled system processes. Additional tasks include maintaining hardware peripherals, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring the accurate entry of data into systems. The operator will collaborate with the team to ensure effective system operations and troubleshoot basic issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in operating and managing computer systems and ensuring efficient system performance.
  • Skills in data entry, data management, and maintaining task accuracy in a computer-based environment.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving common computer hardware or software issues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle routine computing tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to modern operational tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • A diploma or certification in computer operation, IT, or a related field is preferred.
