Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • * Process customer inquiries and resolve issues related to existing accounts or new product applications.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • * Generate leads through outbound sales calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, fixed deposits, and other financial services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or outbound calling in the banking industry.
  • * Strong understanding of banking processes and products including credit cards, fixed deposits, loans etc. .
  • * Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Grad/UG
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
