Position: Spotify Podcast Host (Internship)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time Internship

Stipend: Performance-based incentives available

What You'll Do:

  • Host engaging podcast episodes centered around English literature, personal motivation, and spiritual exploration.
  • Conduct research and outreach to invite relevant guest speakers—authors, poets, spiritual coaches, influencers, and thought leaders.
  • Make new strategies to monetise the podcast.
  • Collaborate with the editorial and marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and grow listener engagement through reels for social media platforms.
  • Maintain high-quality audio standards and consistency in episode delivery. Mic is mandatory.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Who is aware of the usage of the application and Spotify Podcast inside out
  • Is fluent in English with excellent communication and conversational skills.
  • Has a genuine passion for books, storytelling, self-growth, and spirituality.
  • Is proactive in researching, reaching out, and coordinating with potential guest speakers.
  • Can work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Is confident, creative, and ready to bring a fresh voice to the podcast space.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have previous podcasting or public speaking experience.
  • Are active on social media or have experience growing online communities.
  • Are a literature student or enthusiast with a deep love for classic and contemporary works.
