Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with at least two years of professional experience to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user-centered design, from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research & Analysis:
    Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Design & Prototyping:
    Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Visual Design:
    Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language, including color palettes, typography, and iconography, that aligns with brand identity.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and meet business requirements.
  • Feedback & Iteration:
    Gather and incorporate user feedback and business requirements into design iterations to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Proactively identify and solve usability and UX issues to optimize the user journey.
  • Stay Updated:
    Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience
    as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects (web and/or mobile).
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
    such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with
    wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
    .
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, enabling effective communication with developers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
