Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients or visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain client records and update databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and staff for scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reports (if applicable).
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Ensure excellent client service and support in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (Any stream).
  • Experience: 1–5 years in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role (freshers can apply).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment software).
  • Multitasking and time-management ability.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
