Receptionist/Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients or visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
- Maintain client records and update databases accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and staff for scheduling and follow-ups.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reports (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Ensure excellent client service and support in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: 1–5 years in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role (freshers can apply).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment software).
- Multitasking and time-management ability.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
