Envision Yourself at Barracuda

As a NetSuite Sr. Functional Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and supporting Barracuda's NetSuite ERP platform. You'll collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure the effective use of NetSuite—especially Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)—to support our business operations.

  • Integration tools (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Advanced Excel, SQL (for reporting and analysis)
What You'll Be Working On
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure ZAB configurations align with accounting standards, compliance requirements, and evolving business needs
  • Configure, test, and deploy NetSuite functional enhancements, workflows, and customizations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite and ZAB-specific issues, ensuring accurate invoicing, financial reporting, system reliability, and data integrity
  • Support data migrations, upgrades, and new module rollouts
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and training materials, including ZAB processes for audit and knowledge sharing
  • Provide training and support to finance and business users on NetSuite and ZAB functionality and best practices
  • Mentor and support other analysts and users, sharing best practices and functional expertise
What You Bring to the Role
  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
  • Proven expertise with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) in NetSuite—implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong understanding of finance, billing, and subscription management processes
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with finance teams on billing and revenue recognition projects
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Xignite, Boomi)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SQL for reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support other analysts and business users
  • NetSuite certifications and experience with other billing solutions are a plus
