We are looking for a Golang Developer with strong expertise in blockchain technologies to join our growing ecosystem of Web3 products. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, secure, and scalable blockchain-based systems using Go, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to our development team.

If you have deep experience with core blockchain architecture, protocol design, and backend engineering, and you enjoy guiding others — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Blockchain Development: Design, build, and optimize blockchain-based systems and services using Go.
  • System Architecture: Define and implement scalable backend architectures, APIs, and core blockchain components.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices across the backend team.
  • API & Microservices: Develop and maintain robust REST/gRPC APIs and microservice-based backend systems.
  • Smart Contract Integration: Work with Solidity, Cosmos SDK, or other blockchain frameworks to integrate and interact with smart contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with blockchain engineers, frontend developers, and DevOps to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Performance & Security: Ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to security best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Golang in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and transaction lifecycles.
  • Experience with EVM-compatible chains, Layer 2 solutions, or custom blockchain frameworks.
  • Solid experience with gRPC, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Strong understanding of security, testing, and performance optimization in backend systems.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams in a senior or lead developer capacity.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with or frameworks like or
  • Experience with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, Solidity, or Hyperledger.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
