Walk-in Interviews For Supply/Production Planner role

Criteria for selection:

* Experience: 3-6 years in Supply Planning from Manufacturing Industry & preferably in Chemical, Pharma, or FMCG

* Qualification: B.E. (Chemical) (Preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:

  1. Supply Chain Planning & Coordination:

* Assist in organizing and supporting the Supply Review meetings with the Plant team to ensure production plans are completed on time.

* Support the S&OP process by collaborating with the Production and Purchase teams to align material and production requirements.

* Maintain & update the Production / material planning system, ensuring accurate data flow & visibility of inventory levels.

  1. Inventory Management & Optimization:

* Help track and manage inventory levels, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce non-moving inventory at the FM/SFM level.

* Assist in identifying risks to supply levels and production schedules, supporting corrective actions to maintain stock availability.

* Monitor key metrics such as Slow Moving/Obsolute (SLOB) inventory and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.

  1. Production Scheduling & Dispatch:

*Assist in coordinating production schedules with dispatch timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of materials.

* Work with the dispatch team to plan stock replenishment in an efficient manner and minimize logistics costs.

* Track and communicate any issues related to delays or production hold-ups to relevant teams for resolution.

  1. Process Support & Cross-functional Collaboration:

* Update the RM team on raw material requirements following S&OP meetings, ensuring material needs are aligned with production plans.

* Participate in meetings with the quality and production teams to monitor and address any material quality issues.

* Work with R&D team for understanding New Product Development requirements & providing production slots for them.

* Support ongoing process improvements, offering feedback on system and process efficiency.

  1. Customer Service & Reporting:

* Assist in tracking and reporting key supply chain metrics such as customer service levels, inventory turnover, and production compliance.

* Support the creation of regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance and status.

* Ensure timely execution of tasks to meet deadlines, supporting the overall supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
