Job Description

We//'re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our retail and general trade footprint in Guwahati and the North East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory (Guwahati + North East).
  • Appoint, manage & grow distributors and sub-stockists
  • Ensure numeric & weighted distribution growth across general trade
  • Own outlet-level execution: visibility, planograms, schemes, etc
  • Monitor and achieve monthly targets in volume, value, and visibility KPIs.
  • Train, lead, and energize a team of Sales Officers
  • Analyze competitor activities and field intelligence to course-correct market strategies
  • Regular beat planning and market visits to ensure ground-level execution.
  • Who We//'re Looking For:
  • 5-8 years of sales experience in FMCG/D2C brands
  • Strong experience in North East market handling is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in distributor/channel management and retail execution.
  • Go-getter attitude with strong communication and team management skills.
  • Fluency in the local language (Assamese) is an added advantage.
